Hey Buddy

hello earlgreyhound family and friends wherever you may be we are in texas austin to be exact its raining and cold but there is light and warmth amongst us and because of you we are here projecting it we played last night at a 6th street music space called the dirty dog, very fitting being that we are greyhounds smile, the place was jammed packed with an awesome crowd who really and truely appreciated rock and roll we debuted some new material that went over well with us and the crowd it was an emotional night for me i love playing my drums so much and i love playing with this band and last but not least i dedicated this show to buddy miles the great 60s 70s drummer who is best known for playing drums with jimi hendrix

in the band of gypsies his incredible groove and enormous spritual presence accompanied by his wit humor and amazing vocals helped push jimis already ethereal sonic arrangements further into the sky as well as our hearts buddy miles was a huge influence on my life and having met him when i was child i have always thought of him as a big brother i love you buddy i have loved you buddy i will forever love you buddy you are in my heart eternally and i will truely follow in your footsteps buddy

played with love and as artist we know its all about love we are gods vessels we are here to heal project and lift the sprits of all who encounter us we are public servants, we are healers and in turn we are healed truly a lovely blessing to play from the heart and reach the heart, so in conclusion thank you all for your love support and faith we are fortunate to have you all as our family and friends remember, buddy miles and remember we love you truly and we are deeply thankful to be here buddy miles 1947-2008 love you madly ricc sheridan drummer earlgreyhound
