The EG Journal

Free and Clear

Got my laptop, heading North on the 405 from Los Angeles.  Not Driving right now.  Am however burning copies of “Soft Targets” as we ran out at the Troubador Wednesday night.  What’s more is that as of an hour ago we more or less became our own record label and for the moment shoulder the responsibility of manufacturing our CDs.  No biggie, I’m glad to do it.  Though I like to envision a point in the not so distant future where we can treat the people to some proper packaging but for now what we’re working with is a drug store spindle of blank cds and my laptop.  We’ve already gone the DIY route with the “Live at Calhoun” cds so we’re going to double up and stuff “Soft Targets” in there for good measure.

Hey Matt, Thanks for the great show in Seattle.  Thanks for being kind enough to take the picture outside the El Corozan holding Nessie the stuffed Loch Ness monster toy.  I sent that on to my friend and she loved it.  You guys rock though I do think my ears did bleed it was so loud.  I saw the Zep in 75’ when I was a youngster and heard you guys were Zep like.  I do agree you guys can really rock.  Stick with it.  We need more tunes.  Liked some of the new stuff like Atlantis.
